Chocolate chip cookie pie was created in our family to celebrate a birthday recently! It combines two of our favorites: chocolate chip cookies and pie! It is really quite simple to make! Just make a pie crust and cookie dough, combine and bake! You will have a delicious treat your family will love! The pie crust is a little salty compared to the sweet cookie dough! Top it with homemade vanilla ice cream and you have a very sweet treat for your family and guests!

It would be interesting to try it with brownies or another kind of cookie dough!

If you give our chocolate chip cookie pie a try, please leave a review and rating below!

Some items that can help make our cookie pie:
Cast Iron Pie Pan (the best kind of pan to bake pies in!)
Chocolate Chips (minimal ingredients, no soy lecithin)
Food processor (for pie crust)
