We love this sausage quiche! It is simple to prepare and delicious to eat! Our family used to make it for breakfast around the holidays. We love to make this sausage quiche year round now. It is a great meal for breakfast, lunch, or brunch!

It is versatile too! You can change the recipe and add bacon instead of sausage, different cheeses, with a crust or without… The possibilities are endless!

Notes

  • Follow the link to our homemade pie crust recipe for our sausage quiche! It is so quick and simple! If you don’t have time to make a crust, store bought works!
  • I highly recommend baking these in a cast iron pie pan! You will never have a soggy crust again! Check out the link below!
  • You can also make this crustless by baking it in a 9×13 dish and bake for the same amount of time.
  • You can definitely change the cheese, meat, and add veggies to your hearts content! The recipe is very versatile!
  • This could definitely be more than 4 servings. Our family of 4 gobbles it all up every time!
