Homemade hot chocolate mix is a staple in our home. We love a warm chocolatey drink to comfort us on cold days or even just a yummy pick me up! This mix is simple but delicious! The key is quality ingredients!

Organic whole milk powder
Organic Cacao Powder
Organic Powdered Sugar
Mini Chocolate Chips

Ingredients
1-1/2 cups 1-1/2 dry whole milk powder
1 cup 1 powdered sugar
3/4 cup 3/4 cacao or cocoa powder
1/2 cup 1/2 mini chocolate chips (optional)
1/4 teaspoon 1/4 salt
Directions
- Measure ingredients into a food processor.
Process until mixed well and mixture is uniform. - Store mixture in a sealed container. Makes about 1 quart of mix.
- To make hot chocolate, mix 1/3 cup of mix into 1 cup of hot water.
For a richer hot chocolate, mix into 1 cup of hot milk. - Top with homemade whipped cream!

- We love using our hot water dispenser on our espresso machine to make quick cups of hot chocolate!
- Add a large marshmallow and toast it with a Torch!
