Crockpot chili is one of the easiest dinners for me around here! Thankfully it is also another way for me to use ground beef up! This recipe is so simple using a few pantry staples. The only thing that sometimes isn’t in our kitchen is the bell pepper. Thankfully, we’ve had a great harvest of bell peppers from our garden the last 2 years. I sliced those up and froze them since we couldn’t use them fast enough!
I know, I know… There’s always the debate about if chili should have beans or not! This is one version that does have beans. Could you make it without? Sure! Give it a try and let me know how you like it!
This chili is a comfort food that is good any day of the week, but especially nice and warm on those cold nights! Give our chili recipe a try and see how easy it is to feed your family a quick and delicious meal!
We love to eat it with our favorite sweet cornbread recipe!
